Shipping policy

processing times:

currently, processing time is between 1-5 days as each case is handmade to order. if you need your order to be with you by a certain date, please order in advance and be mindful of this. you can always contact us if you're planning a surprise :)

print club processing/shipping times:

print club subscriptions will be sent between the 20th-31st of every month. netherlands print clubs will be sent post nl with standart shipping. they will take between 1-5 days to arrive. international print clubs will be sent standard international and will take between 3-21 days to arrive.

shipping times:

all nerherlands orders are shipped with track and trace. please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. all international orders are sent standard international, so depending on which country your order is being shipped to will affect how long it takes to arrive. international orders have the option to have standard (no tracking number) or track and trace postage, so be mindful of this at checkout. please note that for shipments sent without tracking and trace, the buyer assumes responsibility for any potential issues.
